* Reservation must be guaranteed by cash or credit card number with date of expiry. 1 night’s cancellation charge is applicable for no-shows or cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival.

* Cancellation policy for Fridays & Saturdays is 48 hours prior to arrival date.

* Cancellation policy during periods of Christmas, New Year’s Eve & UAE Public Holidays is 7 days prior to arrival. An advance fee of the entire duration of stay is requisite by cash or credit card – credit card form provided. Kindly note that early departure fee will be applicable and chargeable for the whole stay.

* BBQ is only allowed in front of the chalets and rooms.

* No pets are allowed.

* The hotel doesn’t accept bookings from bachelors.

* Persons who are over the age of 10 are considered as Adults.

* Outside visitors are not allowed to visit hotel guests in their rooms. Should you wish to meet your friends, please use the hotel’s reception or lobby.

* The number of persons agreed on, cannot be increased. Otherwise, we are obligated, by hotel policy, to charge AED 210.00 per person / night without breakfast, and we preserve the right to cancel this reservation if rules are not followed.

* Loud music and other disturbances are not entertained at any time in the hotel.

All prices are inclusive of 10% Municipality Tax & 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT.

* AS PER STRINGENT FUJAIRAH GOVERNMENT SECURITY LAW, THE HOTEL MUST SCAN IN COLOUR YOUR UAE EMIRATES ID, SECONDARILY UAE DRIVING LICENSE OR PASSPORT. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ADULT GUESTS CHECKING-IN. FAILING THIS WE CANNOT OFFER YOU ACCOMMODATION
